Helen Faye Hall Dotts age 80 of Keystone Heights passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2021 in Starke. Mrs. Dotts was born on May 29, 1940 in Wilmington, North Carolina to the late John D. and Cecile Mae “Fisher” Hall. Helen was a very talented seamstress and she was a member of the Moose Lodge in Jacksonville, North Carolina. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Thomas Dotts; brother, Lawrence Henry hall. Survived include her sisters, Janet H. (John L.) Bentley of Keystone Heights, Mary Huffman of Jacksonville, FL, and Patricia “Pat” Sawyer of Jacksonville, NC; and many nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
